Some updates

Well, in case you're wondering what I've been busy with. :P

I attended a IT course last week. Pretty enriching and interesting but at the same time not that fun cos I miss my colleagues. haha..........

And I've been painting the toilets in school....... haha...... Will show you the final products later when everything's completed.

Now you know what teachers are busy with.

And last saturday was quite an experience. Tried Abseiling and Rock Climbing @ Christ Church Secondary during my Staff Family Day. Well, actually, I was stuck doing the abseiling...... almost freaked out la...... was hanging there leh...... cannot move. hahaa.........

I overcome my initial fear of going out of that [[[window]]] ("D)

And yes...... I made my way down.... quite smoothly at first.....

Until..... I got stuck mid-way and was left hanging like a spider...... :S

Finally..... Made my way down to safe grounds......

Wow......... Not easy being Jacky Chan for even 15 mins manz.

Today, stayed back to paint the toilets. After painting the toilets just now, I went durianz eating with my colleagues. haha........ you should see how crazy those durians are! :P

So you see...... I'm a painter! World class k.... and I'm a stuntwoman manz....... (like real) haha.......

But I tell you, ever since I started teaching, I've been exposed to more things than I ever bargained for. I think I more or less made up for my lost childhood....... I never did all these things when I was schooling......... Never an outdoor person you see............ Haha...... But yea, with scouts and all these outdoor adventures, I think you've never seen Joyce like this before manz.......

And one of the teachers I admire most came to talk to me today.

Rachel....... your fierce teacher here, I tell you.......

I was so proud of myself manz........ haha........

He was saying I was so composed and calm when I got stuck up the building hanging there like spiderman. haha.....

He was amazed. ;) Mr Shah isn't as fierce as you said he was....... Haha.... He's a nice man you know. See, I was a brave girl last saturday.

But I also missed my Salsa class. :(
